Product Description: The Kaier XED R55 series is a direct LED upgrade for standard halogen headlights. Constructed with a full Aero Aluminum 6063 body and a high-efficiency heat sink, these bulbs are built for durability and rapid thermal control. Operating on a wide DC 5V-50V range, they deliver a crisp 6000K cool white beam to significantly enhance nighttime visibility and road contrast.

Installation Guide:

• Turn off the vehicle's engine and headlights. Allow the existing bulbs to cool down completely.
• Disconnect the power plug and remove the rubber dust cover from the back of the headlight housing.
• Release the metal retaining spring clip and carefully pull out the old halogen bulb.
• Twist and detach the removable base ring (collar) from the new Kaier LED bulb.
• Insert ONLY the base ring into the headlight housing and secure it tightly with the metal spring clip.
• Reinstall the rubber dust cover over the secured base ring.
• Insert the main LED bulb body through the dust cover into the base ring, and twist it clockwise to lock it firmly into place.

Connect the power plug to the LED bulb and turn on the headlights to test functionality.

සවි කිරීමේ උපදෙස් (Installation Guide):

1. වාහනයේ එන්ජිම සහ ප්‍රධාන ලාම්පු (Headlights) ක්‍රියා විරහිත කර, දැනට ඇති බල්බ සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම නිවෙන තුරු සිටින්න.
2. පැරණි බල්බය පිටුපස ඇති පවර් ප්ලග් එක (Power connector) සහ දූවිලි ආවරණය (Dust cover) ගලවා ඉවත් කරන්න.
3. බල්බය රඳවා ඇති යකඩ ක්ලිප් එක (Spring clip) නිදහස් කර, පැරණි හැලජන් බල්බය පිටතට ගන්න.
4. නව Kaier LED බල්බයේ ඇති බේස් රින්ග් එක (Base ring / Collar) කරකවා බල්බයෙන් ගලවා වෙන් කරගන්න.
5. පළමුව එම රින්ග් එක පමණක් Headlight කටවුට් එකට ඇතුල් කර, යකඩ ක්ලිප් එක (Spring clip) මගින් එය තදින් ලොක් (Lock) කරන්න.
6. රබර් දූවිලි ආවරණය (Dust cover) නැවත සවි කරන්න.
7. දැන් LED බල්බය, කලින් සවි කළ රින්ග් එක තුළට ඇතුල් කර, එය නිවැරදිව හිර වන සේ දකුණට කරකවන්න (Twist to lock).
8. පවර් ප්ලග් එක LED බල්බයට සම්බන්ධ කර, ලයිට් ඔන් කර නිවැරදිව ක්‍රියාත්මක වේදැයි පරීක්ෂා කරන්න.
